What the fox?

I saw a fox on my run this morning! It startled me as well as I didn’t understand if I should keep running or turn back. I kept running a bit as well as it seemed to walk away, however then it turned back as well as looked at me like it wasn’t going to run away. Then, I kept in mind this story that I checked out about a rabid fox that bit a jogger as well as she ran with it for one mile! That occurred one year back today. Crazy!

When I kept in mind that story I turned around as well as ran home. I ended up doing only about 3 to 4 miles, however at least I wasn’t fox bait. What the fox?

Once once again I couldn’t choose what to have for breakfast. I believe one of the reasons nothing seems great is I’m not hungry yet. That can be blamed on me eating to much the night before. Anyways, I went with egg beaters, english muffin with PB&PB as well as an apple. I am not an “egg” person normally so this is a new thing for me to enjoy so much ?

The Web at work is down which leaves me not able to do my job. It’s extremely frustrating. So my co-worker as well as I walked to DD to grab an iced coffee. I dislike breaking up monotony with food/drink/treats, however it’s a difficult habit to break. At least an iced coffee doesn’t do much calorie damage!

I came house to eat lunch as well as blog though!

Lunch was packed, so I just brought it house to enjoy. A huge salad as well as bread with avocado spread on top. ចូលចិត្ត​វា។
